CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services (CTI) announced Monday the addition of two researchers to their Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) department.
“Both Frank and Michael will be huge assets to the CTI (HEOR) team, leading complex real world evidence programs for our clients, as well (as) developing our internal team members,” CTI President Lynn Fallon said. “As our business continues to expand, both will play a large role in the leadership and development of this department.”
Ernst, who brings 18 years of experience to the table, will head the HEOR team “to ensure high quality deliverables and customer service, develop and conduct research studies for … clients, and play a strategic role” in the department’s expansion, according to the release.
Minshall has a background in HEOR, pharmaceuticals, management consulting and as a health care payer. He previously lead a research team at Humana, Inc. which through HEOR studies worked to bolster cost-effective strategies in health care delivery.
